Some of IMGM's services (e.g. HLA typing) are carried out in collaboration with our strategic partner and sister company, the "Center for human genetics and laboratory medicine, Dr. Klein and Dr. Rost" (GbR) in Martinsried.

Both companies, GbR and IMGM, reside in the same building collaborating on multiple levels thus giving IMGM an extended background in human genetics and full access to technologies and know-how in human medical diagnostics.

CeGaT (Center for Genomics and Transcriptomics) and IMGM have formed a strategic alliance in the area of next generation sequencing (NGS) data generation and data analysis.

IMGM has formed a partnership with Prof. Dr. Bertram Müller-Myhsok, head of the statistical genetics group at the Max-Planck-Institute for Psychiatry in Munich.
